I really need to share a positive experience my family had with Pioneer House.  My mother passed peacefully and in a place she considered home.  She had been there six years, going from independent living to assisted living as her needs changed over that time.  She was treated with such kindness and compassion by all the caregivers, who accepted her as though she were family.  She was allowed to share her gift of music.  She loved to play piano, and enjoyed playing for folks as they participated in chair exercises.  Pioneer House staff were kind and considerate to her, and she loved them.  We appreciate that they we able to make her years at Pioneer House positive ones, a place where she felt safe and accepted.  We would definitely recommend Pioneer House to anyone.

What a great move in experience and the perfect place for my father. Frances was absolutely incredible with working with myself and my father to provide a great introduction experience and make us both feel really comfortable with the pre-screening process. Robert was really welcoming of us both and made the move in so smooth. We moved in within an afternoon and he was dining with some of the other residents as soon as we got in. Great location with easy access to the bus and mass transit system. I can’t wait to visit again and see how he acclimates.

My mom moved in early January 2020, she loves it. Everyone is so friendly and the other tenants are very sweet and welcoming.
