Pioneer House Health Center is a 49-bed Medicare and Medi-cal certified Skilled Nursing Facility and has been in business since 1962. We are located in the heart of Sacramento specializing in the care and rehabilitation of seniors recovering from a hospital stay. We are located in close proximity to several of the area’s major hospitals, bus lines, and freeways.
